Purchaser This position provides supervision for purchasing in a correctional faciilty through budget control and effective planning. Provides staff training in purchasing procedures and accountability. Establishes and maintains a qualified vendor list. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field. One year of full-time, wage earning experience in a related field. Valid driver's license in the State of Texas with an acceptable driving record. Must pass a background check which must be approved by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
